You understand and agree that we will do our best to provide you with a safe, secure, and reliable services, but We do not operate or control the services offered by Merchants. These service providers are responsible for all aspects of order processing, billing, and their customer service performance. We do not partake in the transactions made between you and Merchants. You agree that use of, or any purchases made from such Merchants is solely at your risk without any liabilities of any kind held towards MTOCE, LLC, from such transactions that link to our website. All operation procedures, laws, rules, regulations, and legal documents (including privacy policies) of Merchants will apply to you while on any Merchant websites. You acknowledge that if you purchase an online massage therapy continuing education course(s) from MTOCE that the credit card information you supply is true and accurate, and any charges incurred by you will be honored through your bank or credit card company. You agree to pay the costs at the said price(s). If any initial payment is dishonored or rejected, you understand all fees, including any surcharge due to that amount, is your responsibility. Should We request you to provide specific personal information by which you can be identified when using this website or from purchase orders, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with the law, our privacy policy, and Terms and Conditions. We do not distribute, lease, or sell your personal information to third parties unless we have your written permission or required to do so by government agencies or law enforcement.

We reserve the right to investigate or reported violations of this Agreement and will follow through with any appropriate course of action. You acknowledge and agree to comply with all state laws, rules, statutes, and regulations regarding your use of our (CE) course material provided therein. You agree to hold MTOCE, LLC harmless from any liability, loss, claims, or expense, including attorney’s fees, related to your violation of the agreed Terms and Conditions for the use of our services. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions set forth herein, please do not proceed with any transactions relating to our course material or website.
