Course Instructions

1. Relax and go at your own pace. You will have the opportunity at any time to stop the course and resume at a later time. 
2. When you have completed the course, there will be further instructions to access the test questions and begin the exam following the last chapter. You may also select to start the exam under the course content list.
3. The exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, and you will need a passing grade of 70% or higher to receive a Certification of Achievement. Don’t worry, if you fail the exam, you are welcome to retake it.
4. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will have instant access to download and print your Certificate of Achievement.
