Yes. You will have access to the course material and exam for one year from date of purchase.
When you have finished reading the course material and ready to take the exam, you will find further instructions following the last chapter of each course. From there, you will be able to access the exam and begin testing when you are ready. You may also select to start the exam under the course content list.
No the exam is not timed.
If you fail the exam, you will have the opportunity to retake it as needed.
Once you have passed the exam, you can view your Certificate of Achievement on the course introduction page or by going to your account dashboard and clicking on the certificate icon next to your course. Please know, you must mark all chapters complete in order to receive your certificate.
All records are securely maintained for 5 years. Although some states may require a longer duration.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our customer service or coursework material, MTOCE is happy to give you a full refund for up to thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. However, if a Certificate of Achievement has already been issued, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Typically, the payment method used at the time of your purchase will be the same method used to refund that amount back to you. At any time, should a refund claim arise, our financial liability to you should not exceed the dollar amount of course material purchased. Please contact us with any questions you may have and let us know what we can do to make you happy and improve our service.
